Pam and Michael go on a lecture circuit to explain Michael’s secret for success. Pam is along as Michael’s assistant. Michael would prefer Pam dress as a magician’s assistant. Also, she gets to carry all Michael’s stuff by herself. She’s also not looking forward to seeing Karen.

Overall Episode Grade: A*

*I wanted to give this an A because I thought the humor was hilarious & original. I thought this was one of the first times we've seen Pam as Pam & not overly whiny or Type A. I loved the Dwight & Jim team as well as Michael & Pam together. I'm SO excited for a possible Holly appearance next week!!!

Oscar's Favorite Restaurants

Ever wonder where Oscar Nunez's loves to eat? Sure you have! Well, wonder no longer! BlackBook.com got the skinny (no pun intended) from The Office star:

"There’s a place in the Village called Home, really cozy and romantic. Another place is Quality Meats, around the corner from the Ritz-Carlton.It’s a great steakhouse, beautiful atmosphere, really dark and woody -- modern but eclectic, and the food is amazing. They have wonderful vegetables, but you go there for the steak."

Thanks for the tip, Oscar!

TheTwoCents.com: Rachel
Favorite Moment: The cold open fire drill... especially the stuff with the cat. And how 'bout those opening credits?!? Hooray for the entire cast!
Favorite Quote: "What's a text?" -Creed
Overall Episode Grade: B- (The minus is for the gross make-out scenes with Jack Black and Cloris Leachman!)

Nette's Layouts: Nette
Favorite Moment: My favorite moment was the Stanley flashbacks! That was fantastic!
Favorite Quote: "How 'bout no arms? No arms or legs is basically how you exist right now, Kevin, you don't do anything" -Michael Scott
Overall Episode Grade: A- (The only reason why I'm giving it a minus is because I didn't like the whole DVD part. It was pointless)

Fancy New Beesly: Laura Ann
Favorite Moment: The ENTIRE cold open was GENIUS & I almost fell off my bed laughing when Angela threw the cat into the ceiling & it fell out on the other side...
Favorite Quote: "...to cut off her nose to spiderface..." -Jim quoting Michael
Overall Episode Grade: A!!!
